Theodore, ABOC

Theodore has been in the optical industry since 2001 and has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the business.  He got his start as a lab technician where the meticulous work of manufacturing glasses gained him his rare abilities as a dispensing optician.  Over the next several years, Theodore continued to developed his optical skills - earning him certification from the American Board Of Opticians as well as the position of General Manager at a nationally known chain store.  Today, Theodore has found a passion working at and helping develop private practices.  “I enjoy an environment where each person (employee, patient and customer) is treated as a unique individual”

In his free time, Theodore likes biking, attending local shows and spending time with his wife and cats. He enjoys working close to home and his “work family” of Dr Legois, Cassidi and Dr Reznicow.

Cassidi is the most recent addition to the Metro Optics team.  Prior to making the career switch in February 2014, Cassidi spent over a decade in customer service specializing in hospitality management.  After marrying and starting a family, she sought to find a career that did not require the late nights and long hours she was experiencing.  As an eyeglasses wearer herself, Cassidi’s interest in fashionable optics led her to Metro Optics.  “I’m very happy to have found a place where I can put my customer service experiences to good use.  My favorite part of the job is helping people select frames that look GREAT on them!”

In addition to spending time with her family, Cassidi enjoys cooking, yoga, cycling and jazz.  She is also training for her 10th marathon.
